As a member of the Engineering department this role is responsible for ensuring that all the engineering and maintenance activities of the resort are always conducted to the highest professional standards with guest comfort and safety being the highest priority.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Minor Resorts employees always find new ways to look after the business their guests and their colleagues. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are:
Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties
Work with other operational departments to ensure that they have all required engineering support to perform their duties.
Check air conditioning water fire safety systems of the resort and maintain them according to required standards.
Close coordinate with all other departments of the resort to maintain their equipment in daytoday operation.
Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the resort. Support external inspectors in the of their inspections.
