Job Description
- Develop optimal process conditions using decoupled molding techniques for new product launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding processes materials or equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate tooling for potential improvements in quality and efficiency providing recommendations to optimize molding processes setups and overall manufacturing.
- Collect analyze and interpret process data to enhance process capability and performance.
- Maintain and update mold process sheets to ensure they reflect the most accurate process settings.
- Train and support process technicians in the application of scientific molding principles.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives including cost reduction efforts and efficiency enhancements.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and other methodologies to analyze process capabilities and implement process improvements.
- Program and finetune robots and peripheral equipment to support automated processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of practical handson experience in injection molding.
- Strong working knowledge of injection molding processes and ancillary equipment.
- Comprehensive understanding of various thermoplastic materials and their properties.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail and precision.

- RJG Master Molder I/II certification.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior members of the molding process development team.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends to meet project or production demands.
