Job Scope
- The primary task will be to update our CRM with our clients details which are pulled from current and past emails.
- You will have to do this for all our current and past clients and get the CRM up to date.
- Each client will have many points of data. You will have to be capable of understanding (after instruction) what type of data we are looking for being able to access the relevant emails and from there add the relevant data to the CRM and/or outside Excel file.
- Some misc adhoc admin duties. At some point in the near future we will be moving to a new CRM system.
- We will require you to be able to then transfer this data from our old CRM to the new CRM.
Requirements
- Has experience in using CRM systems (preferably Capsule HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Has experience in the medical role before or something similar. Paralegal or insurance background is also considered
- Mature and selfstarter
- Accuracy and diligence does it right the first time
