Job Description
Sunset Ford is looking for a motivated and energetic Janitor and Porter to join our award winning team.

PorterResponsibilities
- Primary duties include cleaning the building trash removal cleaning bathrooms janitorial duties etc.
- Refill paper towels soap and toiletry supplies on a daily basis
- Maintains Sales and Office cleanliness helps with coffee bar maintenance and keeping lunch room sanitized
- Vacuums carpets and rugs daily along with dusting countertops computers anddisplay areas
- Sweeps and mops common showroom lunchroom and restroom areas
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks removing snow and debris as necessary during winter months
- May occasionally hose off or power wash concrete patio and sidewalks
- Clean interior and exterior glass
- Maintains cleanliness and presentation of vehicles on or around the showroom floor
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs to carry trash cans from 2nd floor to 1st floor or empty trashcans
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
PorterQualifications
- Current and valid Drivers License

- Prior cleaning experience with attention to detail and ability to manage oneselfs time
