As AWS continues to rapidly grow we seek a Sr. Sales Leader to own driving adoption of Amazon Web Services within our Enterprise Advertising and Marketing customer segment. Candidates for this role must have significant experience selling enterprise software and digital advertising/marketing technology solutions. A deep understanding of the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem is required including familiarity with key platforms vendors and industry trends. This includes a strong grasp of the programmatic advertising landscape measurement challenges and signal loss issues that impact marketers. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with and selling to technical cloud aware AdTech and MarTech executives. This includes a proven track record of closing complex multiyear software and services deals in this fastpaced competitive vertical. A strong understanding of how agencies operate and engage with brand marketers is also essential. Strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate the value proposition of advanced advertising and marketing technology capabilities is critical for success in this role.

10 years technology related sales management and field operations experience working for a software or cloud solutions vendor 7 years experience managing sales organizations with revenues of at least $200M Bachelors Degree or 10 years equivalent work experience
Track record of building rapport with senior customer executives (e.g. CEO CIO CTO) building close relationships and closing large revenue accounts Motivated selfstarter proactive and actionoriented Strategic problem solving and collaboration skills
