Job Description

Executive Sous Chef de Cuisine / Head Sous Chef (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Designs and plans the menu for guests
- Manages and motivates employees prepares rosters
- Complies with quality standards and checks the quality of the food offered
- Plans and implements various specials together with the bar restaurant and F&B managers
- Supervises and maintains the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and tidiness
- Prepares the offerings for the F&B outlets as well as their pricing
- Ensures optimum purchasing and ordering of food and runs efficient inventories
- Adheres to and reviews the ongoing kitchen budget and the labor costs for the department
- Ensures that power gas and consumables are used efficiently
- Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of work experience in the kitchen area
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Experience managing and motivating employees
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Business and organizational skills and knowhow
- Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
- A cando attitude handson mentality and strong solution orientation
- Highly engaged
