Production Manager Home Remodeling Division
Location: Albuquerque New Mexico Salary: $100000 per year Benefits

In this role youll play a key part in delivering exceptional home improvement projects driving performance and creating a positive highenergy work environment.

Your Role:
As Production Manager youll oversee and guide our PreSite Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely onbudget highquality project completion. Youll lead daily operations while continuously improving processes to support company growth and client satisfaction.
What Youll Do:
Lead and inspire teams to meet and exceed performance goals (KPIs)
Train and supervise staff in project planning inventory and materials coordination
Troubleshoot preproduction and mechanical issues to keep jobs moving forward
Conduct weekly production meetings to drive alignment and resolve project challenges
Oversee hiring training and development for production staff
Implement and improve standard operating procedures to reduce errors and boost efficiency
Maintain vendor relationships and manage logistics for company equipment and vehicles
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Promote a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement
Who You Are:
35 years of experience in production or operations management ideally in remodeling or construction
Strong background in residential home improvement projects in a professional environment (kitchen bath windows etc.
A clear communicator with solid organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in job site operations
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fastpaced setting
High school diploma required; PM certification or bachelors degree is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
Comfortable working in a variety of conditions (heat cold outdoors)
Able to remain physically active throughout the workweek
