Reports To: Experience Manager / Sales Manager
As a Product Specialist at Polestar New Canaan you will be the face of the Polestar brand responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge personalized service and innovative interaction. Your role will focus on educating and engaging customers with the Polestar lineup ensuring a seamless and modern buying experience in our directtoconsumer retail environment.
Greet and assist guests in the Polestar Space providing product demonstrations and answering inquiries with a consultative nonpressure approach.
Act as a brand ambassador clearly conveying the vision innovation and sustainability mission of Polestar.
Maintain expert knowledge of all Polestar vehicles technologies and services staying up to date on new features and updates.
Conduct test drives and walkarounds ensuring customers feel comfortable informed and engaged.
Support customers through the digital ordering process from vehicle configuration to final delivery.
Collaborate with the Experience Manager and wider team to ensure showroom readiness and a consistent premium customer experience.
Provide feedback to the corporate team on customer reactions product concerns and experience improvements.
Attend training sessions product launches and brand events as required.
Passion for electric vehicles sustainability and technology.
Previous experience in a customerfacing role in retail automotive or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Techsavvy and comfortable with digital platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with a flexible schedule including weekends.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
