Job requirements
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven experience in a Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Train and motivate the service team to uphold MR PORTERs commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and feedback with professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced upscale dining environment.
- Living in Barcelona (flexible with commuting)
- You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain
