Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Innovation scope strategy development in the area of responsibility.
- Main KPIs achievement.
- Hold responsibility for new product development (NPD) launch.
- Coordinating with crossfunctional teams including MRP R&D and PMs to ensure that production and development efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage MRP and inventory planning process for NPD including forecast demand maintain an accurate inventory record and develop buy plan recommendations.
- Ensure the timely placements of POs and timely receipt of inventory.
- Participate in development of new methodologies to improve planning process and results.
- Monitoring production and development progress identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting creation and automation.
- Acting as SCM businesspartner for R&D team.
- Supervises the activity and development of 1C support team (masterdata).
Requirements:
- Masters degree education (finance/planning/project management activity in priority).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage negotiate and manage key stakeholders.
- Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Applicants must have the ability to think critically working outside the box and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
- Native Ukrainian advanced English language skills.
- MS office knowledge Jira and 1C knowledge will be as additional advantage.
