Job Description
- Provide individualized and smallgroup reading instruction for students identified as needing support.
- Use assessment data to design and implement targeted intervention plans aligned with gradelevel curriculum and literacy standards.
- Administer screening and progress monitoring assessments including benchmark and diagnostic tools.
- Track and document student progress adjusting instruction as needed based on data and observation.
- Communicate regularly with teachers administrators and parents regarding student progress and instructional strategies.
- Participate in student support and intervention team meetings to discuss student needs and coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance and interventions.
- Support the Catholic mission of the school and contribute to a positive faithfilled school culture.
