Job Description
As the Director of Business Strategy at Renuity you will deliver insights and frameworks to inform company priorities drive the strategic planning process and lead highimpact initiatives that shape the future of our business. This role is pivotal in driving longterm growth realizing operating leverage with scale and promoting innovation throughout the business model. Youll work closely with leadership across the organization to define priorities inform critical decisions and translate insights into results by executing key initiatives. If you are a structured problemsolver with a bias for action and a passion for delivering results this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
What Youll Do
Analyze business performance in the context of market trends macroeconomic factors and competitive dynamics.
Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership to shape company priorities and longterm investments.
Translate research and analysis into practical tactics to meet near and longterm objectives.
Lead strategic planning building roadmaps to align resources with the highestvalue opportunities.
Scope and execute highimpact initiatives from identifying the opportunity to building leadership buyin to managing crossfunctional implementation.
Partner with crossfunctional leaders to define KPIs and drive accountability.
Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and adjust tactics as needed for optimal outcomes.
