Job Description

Provides support in the Information Technology (IT) organization. Primary responsibilities are to provide operational excellence through support such as monitoring enhancements and technical support.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams on special assignments/projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
  • Provide report data extractions.

Minimum Education required of the position:

  • Pursing undergrad degree in Computer Science Cloud Computing Information Technology Information Security or a related field.
  • Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher required.

Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required for the position.
