Our inhouse Bar 600 is a cozy yet upscale retreat where bold flavors craft cocktails and spectacular river views come together to create unforgettable moments.
Were looking for a warm detailoriented and servicedriven Guest Services Representative to be the face of our hotel! In this role youll ensure that every guests stay is memorable from reservation to checkout while delivering the exceptional hospitality Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa is known for.

Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and upsell rooms
Perform front desk operations: checkins reservations checkouts preregistrations and special requests
Respond promptly and warmly to guest inquiries and complaints offering creative solutions
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction
Complete guest accident reports as needed and in accordance with hotel procedures
High School Diploma or GED preferred or 6 months of related experience/training
1 year experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
Comfort handling cash and credit card transactions
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
A passion for creating positive guest experiences
