Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a hotel setting. Seeking someone with a high volume banquet background and scratch baking experience.
Shift Pattern:variable with typical shift times from 5am 4pm weekend/holiday availability required

What will I be doing
Participates in pastry production. Creates/prepares/produces/bakes breads rolls breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes for restaurants and banquets. Decorates pastries/cakes with creativity and skill. Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage. Ensures compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Trains supervises schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
