Role Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist your focus will be on supporting our network of authorised dealers helping them succeed commercially and clinically with Spex products.

Youll be the goto person for product support training and sales growthensuring our dealers are equipped to represent Spex with confidence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with existing and new private dealers. Understand their needs and help them integrate Spex products into their daytoday business.
  • Sales Enablement & Growth: Proactively support your dealer accounts to grow Spex sales identify upselling opportunities and convert competitor users to Spex through smart consultative engagement.
  • Product Training & Support: Deliver tailored product training to dealer teamsboth virtually and inpersonensuring they understand Spexs unique value proposition and can present fit and support the products effectively.
  • Technical Expertise & Clinics: Provide handson clinical and technical support when required including participating in joint visits fittings and assessments with dealers and their clients.
  • Territory Development: Identify new opportunities for dealership growth onboard new partners where required and help underperforming accounts reach their potential.
  • Promotions & Product Launches: Work with marketing and the broader team to roll out new product launches dealer campaigns and cobranded promotions.
  • CRM & Sales Administration: Manage your pipeline quotes and activity via CRM to ensure visibility accurate reporting and target tracking.

Who Were Looking For

Were seeking someone who thrives in a commercial customerfocused role with a passion for dealer engagement and sales success.

Youll be a great fit if you have:

  • Previous experience in dealer support account management or B2B product salespreferably in mobility rehab or assistive technology.
  • A strong understanding of the wheelchair/rehab dealer market in the UK.
  • Confidence delivering product training and demonstrations.
  • Great interpersonal skillsyoure just as comfortable chatting on a workshop floor as presenting in a boardroom.
  • A proactive and consultative mindsetyou dont just take orders you build solutions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight when needed.
  • An understanding of clinical or technical aspects of wheelchair seating is advantageous but not essential if youre a fast learner.

Job Location

This is a fieldbased UK role. Home office setup with flexibility for travel and overnight stays. Applicants must reside in the UK and have a full drivers license.
