Executive Assistant

About the Role:
In this position you will:
Operate as direct support to the executive leadership team
Manage and maintain leaders schedules and upcoming travel/events
Prepare agendas reports and presentations as requested
Manage product orders and expense reports for the leadership team as needed

Key Qualifications:
3 years of executive or administrative assistant experience required
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
