What its like to work here:
As a key leader on their 2nd shift warehouse team you will supervise and guide warehouse staff across multiple functions including picking shipping and receiving. Youll ensure efficient accurate and timely movement of equipment supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you will get to do:
Lead and mentor warehouse staff fostering a supportive teamoriented culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct pre and postshift walkthroughs to maintain a clean safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment ensuring all tools including RF scanners are operational and available.
Collaborate with management to analyze operations and implement process improvements.
Train new and existing employees on company policies and warehouse procedures.
Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions as neede
What will make you successful:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach mentor and hold teams accountable.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) ERP systems and RF scanning technology.
Ability to analyze data solve problems quickly and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and a teamfocused approach.
Willingness to occasionally work afterhours or weekends as needed.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in industrial technology logistics business management or related field or equivalent experience. Certifications such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are a plus.
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
