Were looking for a Sr Technical Program Manager that wants to shape the future of entertainment at Prime Video.
As a Prime Video technologist youll have endtoend ownership of programs stakeholder engagement and technical coordination required to deliver stateoftheart experiences for our customers. Youll work on fastpaced highimpact initiatives that span platform reliability cloud infrastructure automation and operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
Own the planning and delivery of highly visible complex infrastructure programs across Studios Technology.
Define technical program goals and success metrics in partnership with engineering and product leads.
Break down large initiatives into manageable components and drive their delivery across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams globally to manage dependencies and ensure coordinated .
Build mechanisms that scale program delivery including dashboards operating reviews communication frameworks and risk management models.
Drive resolution of technical and operational issues through influence and judgment escalating when needed to ensure alignment and velocity.
Use data to evaluate program health and prioritize improvements in delivery speed quality and reliability.
Lead and facilitate technical decisionmaking across multiple teams while aligning business and engineering goals.
Champion collaboration transparency and accountability across stakeholder groups with diverse perspectives and goals.
A day in the life
A day in the life of this Sr TPM includes driving alignment across engineering product and operations to deliver scalable cloud infrastructure programs. Youll lead technical discussions resolve blockers and manage risks while keeping stakeholders informed through clear communications and metrics. Expect to dive deep into program health prioritize competing initiatives and influence technical decisions that shape platform reliability. Youll coordinate across global teams facilitate readiness and continuously improve how we build and deliver platforms that support the needs of our Studio.
About the team
The Studios Technology Services team supports our Media Supply Chain business teams (production operations post production and marketing) and Amazon MGM Studios productions. Our Infrastructure Engineering team builds and sustains scalable platforms and solutions for our media workflows. We prioritize cloudnative patterns scalability security costefficiency and governance.
Were hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead crossfunctional programs that deliver these critical infrastructure capabilities. Youll work across engineering product security and operations teams to build and operationalize programs with longterm impact.
8 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating systemlevel technical design
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
5 years of analytical quantitative communication and presentations experience
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience managing technical programs across crossfunctional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
8 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure complex systems systems engineering
Experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience designing and developing robust and scalable software and services in multimedia areas
Experience in project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market.
