Theprincipal responsibility of the Technology Senior Manager for EnterpriseDesktop/LAN (EDL) is to ensure enduser satisfaction by delivering high qualityIT services and support as well as the resolution of hardware/software issuesin a timely and efficient manner. This role also provides leadership andmentors to 5 EDL Technology Managers each supervising a team of up to 12subordinates. This includes establishing and monitoring work assignmentstraining providing coaching/mentoring setting performance goals evaluatingperformance providing feedback and discipline.
Theincumbent in this role provides supervision to all 6 EDL campuses to providesupport across the State. The Technology Senior Manager EDL and each member ofthe teams they manage also participates in a weekly rotation of After HoursOnCall support for all ITC agencies as well as participates in various EDLEngineering projects and other IT related projects.
The TechnologySenior Manager will report to the End User Services Team Director.

Applicants must have education training and/or experiencedemonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
