As a Catering Director youll be the driving force behind our catering operations. One part logistics expert one part brand ambassadoryoull oversee orders prepare delicious meals for pickup and delivery and personally bring them to local businesses schools and community events. Youll spend time in the kitchen ensuring everything is prepped to perfection then step outside to engage with organizations and deliver toptier hospitality. What Youll Be Doing:
- Organizing preparing and packaging catering orders for pickup and delivery.
- Managing orders in ChickfilAs internal system ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Personally delivering catering to businesses and organizations while providing topnotch service.
- Training and leading team members to execute catering operations seamlessly.
- Problemsolving and handling escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
- Ensuring our catering service runs smoothly and upholds our high standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Must be 18 years old
- Experience in leadership customer service or a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment and remains positive under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
