Position Overview:

We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) to manage medical activities within one or more therapeutic areas under the guidance of the Medical Director/TA Lead. The MAM will collaborate with marketing and market access teams while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategy and budget for assigned therapeutic areas.

  • Managing highlevel scientific engagements with stakeholders dedicating at least 50 of time to customer interactions through various communication methods.

  • Driving business objectives by enhancing medical and clinical excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Offering medical insights to support business strategies and engaging with regulatory authorities.

  • Representing the company in external and internal collaborations including Advisory Boards and scientific meetings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Medical or Pharmaceutical Degree (preferred) or a PhD in life sciences.

  • Strong understanding of therapeutic areas local regulations and drug development processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Native or fluent Polish language.

  • Support market access strategies and compliance reporting.
