Job Description
Our client MDB Group is seeking to fill a Senior Equipment Readiness Analyst position for our customer in Arlington VA. We are a Small Business Administrationcertified ServiceDisabled VeteranOwned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in Lorton Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical Operational Force Development Financial and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G8 Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition Logistics and Technology); and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract.
Full Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Equipment Readiness Analyst
Location: Pentagon Arlington VA 100 Onsite)
Travel: Minimal
Security Clearance: Secret
Position Description:
Conduct indepth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness identifying equipment readiness issues and proposing solution sets.
Identify the root causes of Army Equipment On Hand (EOH) unreadiness.
Participate in efforts to increase SLevel Unit Readiness including coordinating with ACOM and ASCCs and identifying Army excess equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience conducting indepth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness; identifying equipment readiness issues and proposing solutions.
Requires former military experience.
Unit Status Report (USR) equipment readiness tracking/reporting experience required.
Experience performing data trend analysis including coordination and staffing with Army Commands G4 and Army Materiel Command.
Experience in supporting efforts to increase SLevel (EOH) Unit Readiness including coordination and staffing with Army Commands G4 and Army Materiel Command.
Army Force Development/ Force Management/ Acquisition/ Requirements Development experience.
Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) or equivalent level experience.
Equipment Readiness experience at Battalion or equivalent level (Marine Corps Navy and Air Force).
Bachelors Degree
Secret Security Clearance
Preferred:
8 years of Department of Defence (DOD) Force Development experience.
Experience with Pentagon/ DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
Army Force Management School Courses: How The Army Runs (HTAR)/ FA50/ FA51/ SSO.
