Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing the design bill of materials and scheduling of fire alarm projects.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities
- Responsible for managing the design bill of materials and scheduling of fire alarm projects.
- Responsible for Selling and Estimating all Alarm products.
- Responsible for profitability of department and organization of job logs.
- Coordinate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for Alarm Department needs and progress.
- Lead and work in cooperation with field and office staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- NICET II preferred
- 5 years experience in fire protection preferred
- Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred
- Experience with VESDA and clean agent systems.
- Experience in working with General Contractors
- Experience in building teams
- Experience in high paced large construction projects.
- Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
