Full time Veterinarian Now Hiring Great Compensation Flexible Schedules Orlando FL / Winter Haven FL

A highly regarded partner hospital in Orlando FL /Winter Haven FL is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. This multidoctor practice AAHA accredited and recently voted as one of Americas Best Animal Hospitals by Newsweek 2025 offers stateoftheart facilities and an exceptional work environment. The hospital is equipped with 6 exam rooms digital & dental radiographs ultrasound a surgical laser and a dedicated surgery suite providing cuttingedge diagnostic services and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with professionalism trust and respect in all aspects of veterinary care
  • Support the development of staff members through the companys LevelUp clinical training program
  • Promote the humananimal bond by providing outstanding client experiences
  • Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
  • Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans
  • Conduct surgeries and dental procedures
  • Educate and communicate with clients about their pets health and wellbeing

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamoriented approach
  • Comfort with performing a variety of tasks including surgery diagnostics and patient care
