We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Manager Mobile Apps to join our team and drive the development of new innovative features that will enhance our existing mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a Mobile App product strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs. Identify opportunities for new features and enhancements to our existing mobile apps.
Customer Focus: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences. Use this information to prioritize feature development and ensure our apps exceed customer expectations.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release of new features. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Innovation: Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify and implement innovative solutions that will set our mobile apps apart from the competition.
Collaboration: Work closely with technology leaders designers developers and other stakeholders to define feature requirements and ensure a seamless user experience. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. Collaboration with Engineering teams that are at our offshore locations is a key requirement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of new features. Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve our mobile apps.
Project Management: Stay involved in the endtoend development process from ideation to launch. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Hands On: To successfully collaborate with remote colleagues at multiple time zones the job requires attending regular meetings Scrum rituals and working sessions every day.
Experience: Proven experience required as a Product Manager specializing in native mobile apps. Prior handson experience working with Engineering and UX teams to successfully develop and deploy mobile apps to the app stores is required. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Domain: Working experience and knowledge of Spending Accounts Administration (e.g. FSA HSA HRA) Medicare Health Plan Marketplace Health Insurance Banking and adjacent industries will be a big plus.
Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
Passion: A genuine passion for mobile technology and a desire to create products that customers love.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80000$115000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus
