About the Role
As a Youth Mentor you will proactively engage with job seekers guiding them towards sustainable employment. Your role involves motivating coaching and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.
Note: Youll need to be fluent in spoken Arabic as youll be working closely with Arabicspeaking clients to help them access employment services and navigate the job placement process.
Requirements:
- Experience within Employment Services industry isessentialfor this role
- Relevant experience in customer service sales contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success in this role
- Proven experience working successfully within target driven environments is critical
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
