Multi Skilled Plumber
Edinburgh/Dunfermline/Livingston
Salary upto 39060 inc standby fee plus vehicle travel paid door to door and package

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide.
As a Multi Skilled Plumber your main responsibilities will be;
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of plumbing works as well as building maintenance within live buildings accommodation units and laboratory environments to name a few.
- Works involve Plumbing as well as general building maintenance
- Working mobile
- Working on commercial sites
- Carry out minor small work alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications.
- You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service when on site.
- Identify nonrepairable issues and promptly advise the Regional Supervisor of findings with recommendations regarding suitable alternatives.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for our Multi Skilled Plumber role;
- You will be experienced in plumbing
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (or equivalent)
- CSCS ;
- Experience of undertaking plumbing/drainage works and PAT testing;
- SPA IPAF & PASMA
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- You will have worked on commercial sites
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
