Job Description
Overview:
The primary role of the Production Designer is to design and produce accurate highquality digital and print files while collaborating with strategists designers copywriters PMs AMs and print specialists to execute creative projects efficiently. Ensuring design consistency maintaining brand guidelines and optimizing assets for various formats in a fastpaced environment. Reviewing and preparing production files organizing and optimizing files within our file sharing programs streamlining workflows and managing multiple projects while upholding highquality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare proof and adjust design files for print and digital production
- Ensure artwork meets brand guidelines production specifications and quality standards
- Modify existing creative assets for various formats and applications
- Collaborate and communicate with the creative development and prepress teams to troubleshoot and optimize files for handoff in a timely manner
- Conduct quality checks and preflight files to ensure accuracy in color layout and resolution
- Help develop and finalize presentation decks both internally and externally
- Maintain organized files and follow naming conventions and file management protocols
- Stay up to date with industry trends software updates and production techniques
- Follows company policies workflows and procedures
- Completes assigned work on time and within budget

Qualifications Requirements:
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge skill attributes and/or ability required to successfully perform this job.
- Associates degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires 5 years of experience in an agency environment
- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
- Excellent organization time management and communication skills (oral & written)
- Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Proficient in Figma
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (PPT Word Teams Excel)
