Job Description
Salary:Starting at $64000 based on experience Quarterly Bonuses
Paid Time Off:3 weeks of accrued vacation plus sick time and a floating holiday

- Supervise train and motivate a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Coordinate service requests and prioritize work orders for efficient resolution
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure a safe clean and wellmaintained community
- Manage inventory supplies and equipment to support daily operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards policies and procedures
- Partner with leadership on budgeting and strategic planning
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests
- Lead by example setting a high standard for professionalism skill and resident satisfaction
- Experience:Previous experience in property maintenance or related fields preferably in a supervisory role
- Leadership:Strong leadership and teambuilding skills you inspire coach and get results
- Technical Knowledge:Solid expertise in HVAC plumbing electrical and general maintenance procedures
- Skills:Outstanding communication multitasking and organizational skills in a fastpaced environment
- Mindset:Resourceful proactive and calm under pressure you get it done right the first time
- Extras:Valid drivers license; EPA Certification and CPO required
