Job Description
Responsibilities
- Setup sustain and manage the Africa P2P business local operations product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
- Collect local users communities feedbacks and competitors insights to optimize our service offering
- Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners blockchain/crypto communities associations to expand P2P awareness in AFRICA market
- Exploring more P2P related partnerships
- Design and implement gotomarket strategies to boost P2P volume growth facilitate content building and promotion strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators banks and payment partners
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience of proven success in a similar role within Operations role at blockchain/crypto company financial institution or bank AFRICA
- Equipped with data and business analytics mindset
- Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in AFRICA
- Experience ideally P2P focus Fiat/Fintech experience would be bonus
- Bilingual English & NigerCongo is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
