About the Role
AlayaCare is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid media SEO and digital marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role you will be at the forefront of scaling our demand generation efforts across search paid social and other key digital channels. You will own our paid media strategy (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and more) enhance our SEO performance and optimize our websites conversion paths. Working closely with marketing leadership you will analyze campaign performance adjust budgets strategically and continuously improve marketing efficiency to support AlayaCares highgrowth goals. AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model expecting that our employees have a regular inoffice presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work.
