Job Description

Gathering 800 employees 7 billion downloads and over 200 million active users Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Team
You will join the Core Studios Central Team part of Voodoos Core Gaming Business Unit which is responsible for creating new hit games. The team works with over 200 studios worldwide including 1015 internal studios 80 people) that are fully part of Voodoo. These studios operate under the guidance of the publishing team and your work will help ensure their smooth operations and continuous improvement.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the directors of Voodoos internal studios to help them operate at their best. Your responsibilities will include tracking performance metrics improving operational processes and coordinating with departments such as HR Finance and Legal to provide seamless support.
Youll be instrumental in ensuring these studios have the structure resources and insights they need to create successful games.
Were looking for someone with strong organizational analytical and communication skills who is motivated to support teams in a fastpaced environment.
Missions
- Ensure smooth daytoday operations and identify areas for improvement
- Track key performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations
- Conduct datadriven analyses to provide insights and recommendations on studio performance team dynamics and operational processes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across studios by helping document best practices promoting crossteam learning and organizing collaborative initiatives
- Create and refine processes to improve efficiency across studios
- Work closely with departments like HR Payroll Finance and Legal to support studio needs
- Assist the team manager in preparing and delivering strategic updates for internal studios
Profile
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Background from a tier1 business school or equivalent
- Fluent or nativelevel English
- Interest in the gaming industry
- Previous experience in a demanding work environment (e.g. consulting investment banking or a tech scaleup) is a plus
