What part will you play
The Account Executive will join a solid team of professionals who are passionate about growing Diversifieds role serving live performance spaces churches faithbased organizations and faithbased broadcasters around the world.
You will be in a performancebased hunter role utilizing a consultative solutions sales approach with rewards for creativity and hard work. The Account Executive will be a solid relationship builder with the ability to penetrate organizations and build strong relationships. You have a knack for asking broader questions and discerning longterm needs and solutions outside of the traditional product sale.
This role is empowered to develop the Performance Environments market by establishing relationships with influential end users established consultants and architects to promote the markets unique value proposition through Diversifieds innovative designbuild and forwardthinking project results.
Once a client engagement is sold you will work alongside the rest of the sales and design team to create engaging and highimpact production environments. You will communicate specific client requirements to internal and external Diversified support personnel assist in building project bill of materials and creation of conceptual images and documents to support the design development. It is your responsibility to own the client relationship fully from start to finish making certain that client expectations are being met or exceeded by creating realistic expectations then taking responsibility for meeting those expectations.
This position is 100 remote and will require hours on the phone in front of a computer as well as travel to visit clients in person up to 60 of the time.
What will you be doing
The job responsibilities of the Account Executive include the following:
Business Development & Sales:
- Develop client relationships make prospect calls to generate customer meetings maintain customer data in the CRM organize client meetings ensure clients objectives problems and needs are fully understood provide valueadded solutions
- Conduct high level conversations with executive leadership
- Act as the team leader for Diversifieds delivery of proposals for customer opportunities and function as the lead customer relationship manager for new and assigned accounts
- Opportunity Forecasting/Sales Proposals/Sales Pipeline utilizing a CRM
- Partner with the Vice President Faith Performance and Director of Strategic Accounts Performance Environments to manage the sales process and creation of sales deliverables for all clients regardless of relationship owner
- Participate in coordinated activities such as trade shows and conferences in order to build our brand develop relationships and advance in knowledge that will assist our clients
Sales Engineering:
- Participate in sales meetings with clients design reviews with our internal team and project training and client consulting as needed
- Responsible for the creation of opinions of cost budgets rough orders of magnitude conceptuals bill of materials narratives and agreements at the direction of team leadership
Technical and Business Expertise:
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of production system technologies with demonstrated specialization in at least one of the major disciplines concert audio multicamera video stage lighting and/or environment design
- Candidates should have experience in production leadership within church and/or faithbased organizations with specialization in creating high impact worship environments and leading volunteers
- Understanding of how modern and traditional church staffs/boards/elders function
- An awareness of the numerous sources that faithbased organizations look to for inspiration including relevant mega churches tours and conferences.
- Ability to understand synthesize and create AV system designs
- Understanding of IT and networking technologies
- Candidate should possess good business negotiation skills

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience depending on the position offered and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
