Our client is currently seeking a MedicalInsuranceAccountHandler based in theirNorthLondon office. The candidate must be well spoken with knowledge of personal and group medical insurance and have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
The role:
The role will involve management of a portfolio of long standing clients day to day client contact and management including new business MTAs and candidate will be required to service our existing customer base and provide quotations for new enquiries. Candidate should be looking to develop themselves in a fast paced working environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good medical insurance knowledge
- A customer service focused mentality
- An ability to think outside the box
- A willingness to go above and beyond for clients
- Ability to work under pressure
