Spring & Summer Position Marina Retail Customer Service Staff
Start dates in March & April of 2025 work through Labor Day weekend holidays and weekends included in all shifts.
Join our vibrant team at Lake Keowee Marina where we pride ourselves on providing unforgettable experiences on the water. Our marina offers a variety of boat rentals and services to both locals and tourists ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of Lake Keowee.
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the summer season. As a member of our Marinas Ship Store you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience interacting with staff and all visitors to property.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist customers with boat rentals & water sports bookings & check outs.
Assist customers with retail sales to include but not limited to: apparel rentals stays snacks and more.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries assisting with reservations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
More tasks as assigned by the Business Manager or Assistant Business Manager.
**Qualifications:**
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service / retail setting is a plus.
Computer literate is a must.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Valid drivers license; boating certification preferred but not required.
