We are currently recruiting for a variety of interesting roles within the following areas:
Operations: Operations Underwriting Associate
Claims: Claim Support Specialist and Claim Support Specialist
Customer Service: Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Representative
Qualifications
- Completion of University postgraduate degree or College diploma.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- 03 years of work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative in solving problems independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to followup independently.
- Ability to respond as a team player in a multitask environment.
- Must possess an aptitude for technical detailoriented work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
