Position: Lead Teacher
Location: Des Moines IA
Hours: Full Time Position
Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Responsibilities:
- The ability to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people is of the utmost importance.
- Be a Playtime Prodigy! Engage kiddos in fun and educational adventures.
- Safety Superstar! Keep our little ones safe and smiling.
- Champion of Kindness! Create a welcoming and inclusive space for every child.
- Parent Communicator Extraordinaire! Keep parents in the loop with effective and friendly communication.
- The ability to receive hugs from each child in the classall at once (while also managing the feelings of the kiddo who didnt get to hug you first).

Requirements:
- Prior experience in childcare preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to learn and appreciation our core values which are: Collaboration Innovation Communication Nurturing Positivity & Fun!
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. the ability to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
- Infant PreKindergarten Teachers: 2 Year degree in early childhood or related field preferred
