Castellucci Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing restaurant group. This role will be the cornerstone of our financial operations providing critical accounting expertise that ensures our continued success and expansion.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills restaurant industry knowledge and leadership abilities to oversee our financial processes across multiple locations. This position has aheavy emphasis on accounting functions including financial reporting budgeting audit management and compliance.
As our Accounting Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our organization through meticulous accounting practices while collaborating with operations teams to drive profitability across all restaurant locations.

Job requirements

Areas of Responsibility Include (but not limited to):
Review and approve Daily Sales Summaries
Analyzes and reports company expenditures for month end processes
Enters journal adjustments into accounting system
Reconciles Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable GL accounts
Assists with accounting inquiries and vendor statements
Monthly Sales Tax calculations
Adds new vendors into accounting system
Maintain up to date vendor COIs in Google Drive
Update weekly payroll entries and tip reconciliations
Reconcile BEO deposit revenue
Manage bank activity by coding credits and deposits and accurately coding credit card transactions
