About the role
As a Relief Pharmacist with us youll be providing excellent customer and patient care its more than dispensing medicine its listening and providing your expert advice and reassurance. You wont be based from one pharmacy but provide service to customers and patients across a range of pharmacies. Your main areas of responsibility will be:

Need To Know
We currently have an opportunity for a Relief Pharmacist to join us on a permanent basis to work across our fantastic stores and pharmacies within the Bristol area on weekends only.
You will be supported by a team of experienced ACTs Pharmacy Advisors and Dispensers as well as a strong retail management team and a dedicated Area Manager.
As a Relief Pharmacist for Boots you will:
Gain confidence quickly.
Experience different stores and different challenges.
Receive flexible work patterns.
Learn best practice to share with other stores.
Receive paid transportation at 45 pence per mile
We have a strong dedicated planning team who will present your rota to you at least 12 weeks in advance.
We will consider newly qualified pharmacists for this position.
This position offers a strong base salary PLUS a substantial performancebased annual bonus as well as many other fantastic Boots benefits including our double matched retirement savings plan and sizeable employee discount!

- Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC PSNI PSI)
- Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders peers patients customers and external local professionals
- Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
- Be collaborative with a teamcentered approach
- Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
- Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
