Physiotherapist Residential Aged Care & Community Services

Your Opportunity
Are you a qualified Physiotherapist looking for variety flexibility and the chance to work in both Residential Aged Care and Community settings At Plena Healthcare were reshaping how allied health services are delivered and we want you to be part of it.
Youll join a large collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised goaloriented treatments to a diverse range of clients. This is not your typical provider role were all about innovation support and delivering exceptional outcomes without the burnout. Our billable KPIs are achievable and designed with clinician wellbeing in mind (ask us more!.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll support clients across a range of governmentfunded programs including:
- Home Care Packages (HCP)
- ShortTerm Restorative Care (STRC)
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
- Privately Funded Services
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored clinical recommendations
- Supporting clients with mobility ADLs falls prevention equipment needs and pain management
- Promoting independence and functional improvement through individual and group therapy
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability across community and aged care settings
- Working collaboratively within your professional scope to achieve outstanding client outcomes

- A Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
