Description

As a Technology Support Specialist at JPMorgan Chase within the Healthcare Payments you are a key part of a team that leverages best practices to support daytoday technology activities. Your role involves assisting and troubleshooting hardware software and technology issues within the firm. You are committed to executing with efficiency and are focused on continuous improvement in service delivery all while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction.

InstaMed is a leading healthcare technology company specializing in healthcare payments. Our solutions are delivered through a proprietary cloudbased platform connecting healthcare providers and payers. We seek motivated candidates to join our dynamic and growing team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor payment and healthcare transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Customer Service issues providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Adhere to Operations Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to maintain service quality and performance.
  • Utilize AWS solutions including S3 SQS Kinesis DynamoDB and EC2s to support and enhance system functionality.
  • Ability to document issues procedures and root cause analysis to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in mandatory rotating oncall availability to ensure continuous support and service delivery.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Up to 6 months of experience in problemsolving and delivering support to help resolve issues in realtime including hardware software and network support.
  • Utilize established problemsolving techniques and diagnostic tools to systematically identify analyze and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
  • Proficient in SQL Server with the ability to conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure maintaining composure and delivering results in highstress environment.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for hardware software and technology systems.
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and management applications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in effectively communicating with customers through phone and email to resolve issues and provide exceptional support.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills.

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChases review of criminal conviction history including pretrial diversions or program entries.
