Job Description


Main Purpose of the role

A Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer plays a key role in driving operational efficiency process optimisation and business transformation at Ishida Europe Ltd. This role focuses on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies implementing Lean and Six Sigma principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation. This role is to provide the business with a conduit for smooth transition of change. It is to lead improvement projects optimising both efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. The purpose of this role is to enable and facilitate the business to perform at its highest capability.

Primary Responsibilities

What skills are we looking for

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to identify waste/inefficiencies have a good understanding of root cause analysis strong communication skills excellent project management.

The right candidate will possess a good attention to detail selfmotivated flexible and willing to learn and develop. You will be able to consistently achieve Right First Time performance against cost and time scale targets. Previous experience in continuous improvement and a good understanding of engineering principles.
