Make a Difference
As an intern you will:
Provide support to ServiceNow development team for various projects and initiatives
Perform functions including but not limited to research creating request and incidents assisting with issues documenting issues and assisting with ServiceNow functionality and improvements
Participate in structured learning and networking opportunities
Provide administrative support to the team
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Ability to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience
- Detail oriented
- Proactive
- Organization and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
