Little Sprouts is excited to announce the opening of our sister school Heartworks Early Education coming to Winchester MA in late spring of 2025!

As the Executive Director of our newest location in Winchester MA you will be at the helm of the schools financial operational educational and cultural success. Your primary goal will be to create a thriving healthy learning environment for our children and staff. Through strong communication skillsboth written and verbalyou will inspire teamwork leadership and transparency across the school and within our broader network.
Annual Salary Range: $78000 to $85000
This position qualifies for an annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing the schools operations educational programs and overall culture ensuring daily success. Responsibilities also include overseeing educational and operational tasks along with managing the centers financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Must pass required state and company background checks.
- Must have Director Certification (DII qualification).
- 310 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management.
- Strong understanding of playbased learning and socialemotional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to kindness respect and community engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing business operations for a licensed Early Childhood Education (ECE) program.
- Previous experience in family enrollment hiring & onboarding staff as well as payroll management.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelors degree preferred.
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand move run and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
$78000 $85000 a year
Annual Salary Range: $78000 to $85000
This position qualifies for an annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
$3000 SignOn Bonus will be paid out: 30 after 90 days of employment 70 after 180 days of employment
The compensation range represents Heartworks intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience education and other business factors.
