- Completion of the twelfth 12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college supplemented by training in basic computer applications.
- A minimum of two 2 years diversified word and information processing experience.
- Proven team player.
- Experience in a public customer serviceoriented environment.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite products particularly Excel and Visio.
- Proficiency in NICHEUA.
- Extensive experience in the maintenance of databases and the preparation of performance management reports.

Salary Range:
21M Salary Grade: 006 $25.172 $31.257 (Hourly) $1699.10 $2109.80 (BiWeekly) $44346.77 $55067.02 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.

The Edmonton Police Service requires an Intelligence and Investigative Support Clerk with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to provide support to the Field Intelligence Officer (FIO) and members of Patrol Crime Suppression and Investigative Response (IRT) Branches. Reporting to the Administrative Staff Sergeant of the Branch this position will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Support the Branch Field Intelligence Officer in their daytoday duties including creation of EPSNet Bulletins.
- Update the Offender Tracking spread sheet with court dates conditions warrants and MO information.
- Running dashboard and patrol management reports for presentation to Divisional / Branch leadership patrol operations Squad Sergeants Watch Commanders Crime Suppression Disruption or investigative teams.
- Actively liaise with the Crime Management analysts and CSID teams and attend weekly meetings.
- Maintain any section spreadsheets logs and dashboards and collect statistical data on citywide prevalence of crime trends series or events.
- Compile and disseminate daily / weekly / monthly / yearly statistics assisting with the creation and updating of target sheets subject profiles and persons of interest.
- Assist the Investigative Response Teams and aid in the creation and maintenance of investigative products and preservation and organization of that information.
- Convert various types of documents and reports into electronic formations enabling them to be captured into identified databases.
