Investment Banking Associate Defense & Government (Tysons Corner VA)

We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Investment Banking Associate with at least two yearsof Investment Banking or equivalent experience to join our Defense & Government team in Tysons Corner VA. Bairds 20 person dedicated Defense & Government team is recognized as a leading M&A advisor to the sector. Since 2021 advised 60 transactions totaling over $28 billion in transaction value.
As an Investment Banking Associate you will:
- Play an integral role on investment banking teams providing support to for public equity offerings mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for clients across a number of sectors.
- Lead the preparation of company valuations financial models company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation.
- Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management on a variety of transactions.

Compensation Information:
- Min: $200000 $200000 Max Annual Salary
- Bonus Eligible
*Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience performance and/or GIBs profitability
