Our client a leading financial services company that has been ranked a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For for the past 9 years is searching for a Sales Representative to join their Florida title insurance sales team in Naples/Marco Island. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a wellestablished company while developing strong client relationships in the title insurance real estate and finance industry.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 25 years of successful sales experience in the residential Title/Real estate industry.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
    • Experience using sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce and leveraging social media for business development.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively develop new business opportunities.
    • Valid drivers license required for travel within assigned territory.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing customers.
  • Research and compile targeted customer lists through networking industry events and leadgeneration sources.
  • Execute a strategic outreach plan through cold calling inperson meetings and virtual presentations to potential clients including real estate professionals lenders and attorneys.
  • Customize and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to maintain visibility in the market and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful local campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the companys CRM system.
