This Counter/Inside Sales Associate position is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact with a growing but stable 100 employeeowned company. This position places a high emphasis on customer service and will occasionally help in our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- The ability to provide assistance to walkin and telephone customers with sales and product questions.
- One to three 13 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Experience in the flooring industry is helpful.
- Ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks; ability to assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Ability to receive and enter orders resolve challenges track orders and shipment status process returns.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized stock showroom and counter area.
- Ability to pick and stage customer orders.
- Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
