Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility including the setup validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
- Operate troubleshoot adjust repair and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and
efficiency - Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDAregulated facility
- Utilize JD Edwards Factory Talk Docushare and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer
specifications - Follow cGMP procedures
- Daily responsibility for performing quality checks sampling and accurately completing required documentation
- Set up and operate a variety of machines

- Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in
carrying out this responsibility is part of each associates essential accountabilities. - Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other jobrelated work as needed or requested.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivation for continuous learning
- Ability to openly embrace change

- Ability to stand during 12.5hours shifts with regular breaks
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 pounds

- 100 of work will be performed indoors
- Although the facility is climatecontrolled the temperature will fluctuate slightly with changes in the seasons.
- Hearing protection may be required in designated areas of the facility
